Through Mylia's life, she has loved and lost many men.  Each one was someone who she held high in her heart and as each one died or abandoned her, it took the next one a little bit more time to wear down her defenses.  Mylia has often times been called fickle, but that isn't true.  As Calek has often said, Mylia has a great heart and the capacity for giving a lot of love.  She gives a lot of herself and often gets hurt for it.  A good example of this is the recent betrayal from Alyosha, king of the dragons.  Because Mylia chose another over him, Alyosha has harrassed and attacked her and her family repeatedly.  It was only the input of Mylia's twin, Callista, that kept Calek from killing Alyosha for good.

Agamemnon:  Agamemnon was Mylia's first serious relationship when she entered the realm of Arangoth.  However, when she was embraced by a vampire other than him, Agamemnon threw Mylia to the ground and left her there.  Later it was Agamemnon who alerted vampire hunters to the whereabouts of Mylia and her coterie.

Avarius: Sire, lover, friend, opponent, guardian, protector, rescuer... Avarius was all of that to Mylia and more.  Even when they weren't speaking to each other, Mylia would go out of her way to help him.  Mylia even made the ultimate sacrifice when she fought against the vampire/mage queen Lillith.  When she defeated Lillith, Avarius was freed, but with a price.  He had no memory of who Mylia was or that she had freed him.  In fact, he had no memory of being punished by Lillith at all.  However, even after Avarius' death he has continued to guide her and influence her decisions.  She thinks of him often and he has even visited her in the spirit form when she was imprisoned and tortured.

Talis Skyfire: Mylia's first husband.  Mylia loved Talis very much, but the fates are fickle and the two weren't able to be happy together for very long.  When Mylia lost her memory, the only man she recognized was Calek Hunter Nite---and she thought he was her husband.  Not wanting to live without Mylia's love, Talis killed himself.

WPoet: The relationship between Mylia and the Warrior Poet goes back to before her marriage to Talis.  Whenever there were problems in her relationships or in her life, Mylia could run to WPoet.

Calek Hunter Nite: Mylia's second husband and someone she learned a lot from.  Mylia and Calek had quite the tumultuous relationship.  They each had to combat problems and sometimes that caused a rift in their marriage.  Their marriage ended when Mylia's sire killed him after he got caught cheating on Mylia with two different women.  Calek's death broke her heart and for the longest time people were afraid for her sanity and her life.  Mylia never stopped loving Calek and to this day she retains a special affection for him.

^Memnoch^:  Mylia and ^Memnoch^ probably should have been enemies the way their relationship started, but they never did and a strong bond of love exists between them to this day.  The ruler of Hell loved Mylia so much that when she was killed by the demon Baatezu, he refused to let her die.  He made her into his Queen of Hell and brought her back from the dead.  Even today, Mylia and ^Memnoch^ are close, to the dismay of several of Mylia's loved ones.

Sucal Scorn, the Wyldcard: Mylia's third husband.  Mylia and Wyldcard have known each other since she was very young, in fact, Wyldcard rescued her from the Drow that held her prisoner.  Mylia fell in love with Wyldcard when they were young, but they went their separate ways.  Years later, they ran into each other again, and it was Wyldcard who helped her survive after Calek's death.  Wyldcard was Mylia's anchor and it was his abandonment that nearly destroyed her when she was being held prisoner in Sheol.   She hasn't seen Wyldcard since her return to Arangoth, but there are rumours that the Drow warrior has resurfaced and is coming to claim his wife.

David, High King of the Fae: Fae and Vampire, a match that had never been heard of, until David fell in love with Mylia.  David has angered Mylia's family many times by appearing and kidnapping her to his realm for her own safety and to nurse her back to health.

Chatool: Chatool started out as Mylia's shape-changing familiar, and then became so much more.  The one constant when each of her relationships fell apart; and the one person with a strong connection with Mylia's mind that made him able to keep her from falling into the depths of insanity and madness and rage.  Chatool has now fallen in love with Mylia's daughter, Rillao, but Chatool remains as Mylia's best and dearest friend and ally.

Kazeel: Kazeel entered Mylia's life as the husband of her adopted daughter, Black Velvet, but the marriage went wrong.  Kazeel became a close friend of Mylia's though, and when she returned to Arangoth from Sheol, Kazeel was the first man she ran into.  Kazeel confessed his love for Mylia, but things didn't go exactly the way he wanted them to.

Alyosha: Thought to be dead, Alyosha, king of the dragons, arrived shortly after Mylia's return to claim her for himself.  Professing his love for her, Alyosha was determined to make her his no matter what she said.  However, when Mylia fell in love with another and sought to be with him, Alyosha wouldn't take no for an answer and started war...

Arion Stormcrow: Stormcrow, the man that was able to lift Mylia out of her darkness of loneliness and despair.  A friend of Mylia's for a long time, only recently did Mylia discover his love for her and confessed her unrequited love for him.   It hasn't been easy for them to form a relationship, what with Alyosha, and others trying to rip them apart, but Stormcrow remains stubborn and devoted to Mylia; and Mylia to him.
